The Mobile Mammography Van
will be at the Beach Jam from 12:00pm -3:00pm
and will be performing mammograms as follows:

• Patients who are due for their annual exam may take advantage of the services offered that day;

• Patients wishing to make an appointment that day should call (203) 530-3998 to schedule;

• Patients must bring their insurance card and provide the name of their physician to whom the results should be sent;

• Walk-In appointments will be available as time and schedule permit – patients must bring insurance card and physician name.

• For those who do not have insurance but wish to take advantage of the service that day, referral will be made to our Breast and Cervical Program for eligibility.
